Catherine Zook-Bell, PhD

Dr. Zook-Bell has been a licensed Psychologist in Tennessee for more than 20 years. She works with clients on a full range of concerns and needs including mood disorders, trauma, relationship and family issues, transitions, and personal growth. Her intent is to work collaboratively with her clients toward symptom reduction and an improved sense of wellbeing, and personal and relational healing.
Dr. Zook-Bell’s orientation is primarily interpersonal/psychodynamic, but she integrates interventions from several therapeutic traditions. These include applications of mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
