Intensive Outpatient Program for Eating Disorders

Welcome to Focus Integrative Centers. We are a multi-disciplinary team of eating disorder experts, that share a passion for helping our clients live a fulfilling life in recovery. Our team serves and supports all genders, ages 13 and up, at our safe and comfortable center in Knoxville, Tennessee. We specialize in anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and avoidant restrictive intake disorder (ARFID).

Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) is designed to integrate healing into daily life with minimal disruption. Groups are led by master’s level therapists and dietitians on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4:30pm-7:30pm.

Program elements include:

  • Separate tracks for adults (18+) and adolescents (13+)

  • Supportive, supervised meals during groups

  • Individual meal planning
