Join us for an Open House version of our usual Coffee & Collab on March 7th!
Stop in anytime between 9:30am-12:30pm on Friday, March 7th and connect with Focus staff and other clinicians in the Knoxville area. Casually tour our office space and enjoy a cup of coffee and conversation (and a bagel!). We’ll be highlighting our new Substance Use IOP Program with Cody Barnhill, LMSW.
This event is FREE and open to ALL mental health/healthcare professionals to encourage connection and collaboration.

Meal Support Groups are a safe place to work on healing relationships with food. Led by a registered dietitian, groups are educational, as well as conversational to provide connection and community.
Anyone who…
experiences mealtime stress or anxiety
is recovering from disordered eating
is looking for extra support or accountability
…is welcome to bring food and join us at the table!
In-person group is held Tuesdays from 12pm-1pm
Virtual group is held Thursdays from 11am-12pm
